2026 Rental Rates:
2026 will be the first season the facility is available for bookings. Communicate your vision using the contact us form, and we will give you a price quote.
Weddings
The facility capacity is one wedding per week. Both setup and break down/cleanup are counted as rental days.
Monday -thursday
Monday thru Thursday, if no setup or changes are required the rental fee is $500/day. With more than 75 people or setup changes, an additional charge may be applicable. Tell us your vision and we will give a quote. both setup and breakdown/cleanup are counted as rental days.
Small groups
Small groups of 35 or less will be accommodated for $___ based upon availability and time requirements
Charity and XC ski club
Charity and XC ski club dinners to benefit XC skiing and winter fitness are occasionally anticipated, as are no charge memorial comfort gatherings and will be held at no or minimal charge and will be awarded on a case by case basis, determined by manager of Vail Drive Barn.
Rental proceeds
Rental proceeds from Vail Drive Barn Rentals will help support the summer and winter maintenance of the by donation only Lyndon XC ski & snowshoe and summer walking trails and facilities that are contiguous to the barn rental property. For more information on this visit: LyndonXCskitrails.com.

Luxury RV’s are available by independent vendors for rent the wedding day for wedding party members.
